You have ideas. You know your neighborhood. You know what your community needs — and we're here to back you up. Mielle Cares, in partnership with the City of Chicago, the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago, and Kenwood Oakland Community Organization, is offering micro grants to fund youth-led events and activations across Chicago this summer.

ARE YOU ELIGIBLE TO APPLY?

YOU ARE BETWEEN THE AGES
OF 14-24
All events must be youth-led in planning.
APPLY IN PARTNERSHIP WITH A COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION
Teens must apply with the support of a local nonprofit organization in your community with a 501c3 status. If you don't have a nonprofit, please apply. We will help find and connect you with one!
YOU LIVE IN CHICAGO
This grant is open to all teens ages 14-24 who reside in the City of Chicago.
